1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after Order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Nationwide): 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders.
  • Free Shipping on orders above Aed150/-.
  • For orders below Aed150/-, a standard delivery fee of Aed15 applies.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel.

4. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver across UAE.
  • Deliveries to remote areas may take additional 1–2 days.

5. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

·        Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available nationwide.

·        Debit/Credit Card Payments – All Major Debit/Credit Cards.

6. Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, holidays, etc.).
  • If your order is delayed more than 7 days, please contact our support team.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
